My Actifit Report Card: February 27 2019
Happy Hump day fellow actifitians. We are one day closer to the weekend and I'm for sure working for it! Today was the oh so dreaded leg day and I dont think I'm going to be able to walk tomorrow all exercises are 3 sets but I do a pyramid workout while squatting
- Quad extensions
- Hamstring curls
- Seated horizontal leg press superset with calf extensions
- Inclined leg press
- Pyramid high bar back squatting
I did a couple seys of hanging leg raises for abs and then followed that with my usual 15 min cardio session
