My Actifit Report Card: February 20 2019
It may be snowing outside but things are heating up in the gym. I had an absolutely killer chest workout. Mostly everything today was pyramid style in a 12 10 8 6 4 2 1 rep program Here it goes
- Flat barbell bench press super with dumbbell flies
- Incline barbell bench press superset with dumbbell flies
- Decline barbell bench press superset with dumbbell flies
- Standing cable flies at 3 different heights. High middle and low
I then walked on the treadmill for 20 min at speed of 4 and incline of 10.
I'm an absolute gain hunter this week
