오랫만에 액티핏을 써보는것 같네요
요즘 날이더워 많이 활동을 안하다보니
걸음수가 그렇게 많지 않네요
그러니 액티핏을 신경안쓰고
액티핏이 꺼져있고 걸음수적고..
악순환이군요
오늘은 모처럼 6000보를 넘어서 한번 적어봅니다
적다보니 요즘 운동이 아예없구나..라는 생각이 드는군요
자기전에 턱걸이라도 몇개 하고 자야겠습니다
