My Actifit Report Card: January 14 2019
Walked to work through the snow and more snow, danced and stretched like there's no tomorrow, walked back, did some grocery shopping on my way back.
I almost got to substitute a class tomorrow, but fortunately only almost. Although I am smiling all the time, I don't feel like smiling. But if I have to, I will.
So no classes tomorrow, I can be selfish and go to other instructors classes and be quiet and not talk at all. Just dig myself deeper in to my own thoughts.
