My Actifit Report Card: October 27 2019

Ciao a tutti 🤗, questo è il report dei passi fatti ieri pomeriggio con @duranzo89... Siamo andati in centro città per trovare un regalino per un amico che si è laureato.
La foto invece è di oggi! Siamo andata a godercela ad Asmana Wellness. Si tratta di in centro benessere a Prato avente un sacco di piscine tiepide sia al chiuso che all'aperto, idromassaggi, saune, grotte e docce sensoriali, sale intere con letti per dormire (sopra il fieno, sopra l'acqua, in stanze decorate orientalmente, sopra delle amache sospese, etc.). Organizzano dei riti sensoriali con aromi e musiche all'interno di un tempio. Noi abbiamo partecipato al rito del fuoco ma ne fanno tantissimi altri. Organizzano anche eventi scrub aromatizzati particolari. Ovviamente non manca la zona hammam con le sue vasche, saune e docce. La cosa più bella però è il bar acquatico, dove puoi comodamente sedere su uno sgabello dentro una piscina calda e ordinare il tuo drink...
Aaaaahhhh ci devo andare più spesso.
