My Extreme Jogging - Actifit Report Card: Oct 24 2018 - After the run...

The best thing about my run today was the swimming afterwards! It was a scorching day in Stellenbosch today and the temperature turned at about 38 deg!

So needless to say that when Ghost and I went for a run at 5pm, it was still actually to hot to run. At least we tried and luckily had a swimming pool to jump in to afterwards.

My wife and the kids were in the pool already! Here I throw my son for a Ninja kick... ;)
