Extreme Joghing - Actifit Report Card: Oct 15 2018 - Random exercises!
Today I did a diverse set of exercises to get to my 10k moves on Actifit! I started playing cricket in the park with my son, then ran with the dog, then walked, then played table tennis and then did a number of aerobic exercises together as a family from the App my wife downloaded.
I totally underestimated how tough 15min of intense exercises can be and I was sweating like a pig at the end of the 15min. I might even be stiff tomorrow!

To be honest, you can't really move in our house without tripping over some Lego somewhere. ;)
