My Actifit Report Card: outubro 30 2018
One more day and good, I managed to reach the goal of Sunday, I hit the 30k steps.
I'm exhausted, I did a little more than my usual workout.
Here I am in a stress damn because of the kitchen cabinets that this setup is never ready, full of adjustments, there is patience.
Coming home I decided to hit a photo of the beach near the house, what do you think?
It's just for today.

Mais um dia e bom, consegui chegar na meta de domingo, bati os 30k passos.
Estou exausto, fiz um pouco mais que meu habitual de exercícios.
Aqui ando num estresse danado por causa dos armários da cozinha que nunca fica pronto essa montagem, cheia de ajustes, haja paciência.
Voltando para casa resolvi bater um foto também da praia perto de casa, o que vocês acham?
Por hoje é só.
