My Actifit Report Card: October 22 2018

This was very active day... It started with my daily morning exercices. It continued with my walk to my office, but on the way there, I had some other obligations, so the walk was longer then usual, around an hour.

After work I had a coffe with a friend, where I also went by walk and continued walking after the coffee, to my home, that took me around half an hour.

On the way home, I saw this wonderful tree, and I took a photo, in order to share it with yoi:)
