Eh magari running, sto cercando di tornare ai livelli di una decina di anni fa.. e di buttare (convertire) qualche chiletto di troppo... Per lavorare tutto il giorno in ufficio ad una scrivania ci vuole il fisico!
L'importante è cercare di fare qualcosa, per cui tutto quello che riesci a combinare è positivo, a livello di attività fisica, avrai sicuramente sete, !BEER
