Stamattina mi sono allenata quasi seriamente, ho fatto gambe.
Finalmente dopo anni che la volevo ho potuto concedermi uno sfizio e comprarmi la maglietta della Yamamoto MIA hahah, brand che amo follemente per la gym😍 (poi quando sarò meno tirata svaligerò il negozio😆)
Questa gattina é sempre giù nel mio cortile che vuole le coccole e oggi stava giocando con il mio borsone, é troppo carina e affettuosa per non fargli le foto🥰
Stasera bisogna poi festeggiare mi hanno prorogato il contratto fino al 21 settembre, e questo significa un altro stipendio🤑 almeno li posso tenere via per l'altra metà della patente e poi per la macchina💪🏼
E nulla quindi festa con un panino e Nutella hahahah😋

Si come tessuto é bello gli integratori non li ho mai presi perché a parer mio costano troppo e puoi benissimo avere gli stessi risultati con un altra linea di integratori.
