Hello Friends!

I would like to share with you my daily report.

In the morning I biked to Marinella di Sarzana, from La Spezia (Liguria, Italy). I stopped along the road to buy the bread.

I returned home and I had lunch. In the Afternoon I walked in the surroundings and near the Frigido River.

I had dinner with skewers, cold cuts and Vegetable salad.

Now I'm watching a tv film, then I'll go to bed.

Mi piacerebbe condividere con voi il mio report giornaliero.

In mattinata ho pedalato fino a Marinella di Sarzana, da La Spezia (Liguria, Italia). Mi sono fermato lungo la strada per comprare del pane.

Sono ritornato a casa e ho pranzato. Nel pomeriggio ho passeggiato nei dintorni e vicino al Fiume Frigido.

Ho cenato con Spiedini, affettati e insalata.

Adesso sto guardando un film in TV, poi andrò a letto.
