My Actifit Report Card: January 21 2019
It was another cold one here so no outside walking today. Gonna be 43 tomorrow so it should feel like a heat wave. Did my usual routine today on the treadmill. After the Y, I came home and watched the Bullls game. They played early this afternoon in honor of MLK day. And they actually won for a change! After that I had a little wine in the hot tub, and now Iam gonna call it a night. I have been doing running intervals on the treadmill and it really wears me out.
