My Actifit Report Card: January 20 2019
Another cold one here today, so another trip to the Y. I am starting to add intervals of running into my usual treadmill walk.
It's a real killer, cause I try to run hard for about 2 minutes to every 15 minutes of walking. It must be working, cause I can barely walk right now lol So my goal now isn't to get big numbers, it's to make more out of the numbers that I get.
