2kg I want to get rid off. Need to watch my diet. Always when I start getting lean my modus switches to : "have something. Threat yourself. "

Do the gears change after I pass a certain amount of body fat? And there is something that wants me to keep some fat-reserves?
Must be genetic or something. Let's see who's stronger my habits or my heritage.

Cravings appear suddenly. I've to counter them with sudden neglecting.
