My Actifit Report Card: August 24 2019
The sun is finally back in the UK so I took my boy and his friend to the lake and park magnet fishing - we caught a load of junk metal and then the magnet unscrewed from the hook the rope was tied to - so next trip will be fishing for our actual magnet in the bottom of the lake lol.

The greatest challenge we face on Steemit is getting our posts seen, I have always believed the simplest and best value way of doing this is by commenting on the blog posts of others, the more you engage people and interact with them the greater the chance they will visit your own blog and return the favour. I am sure your son had a wonderful time fishing.
Quite simply you have a very powerful magnet - I got one with a 130kg break point, but have now ordered a bigger 300kg one. You tie a long rope to it and throw it into a lake, river or canal - and see what metal treasures you catch as you pull it back in. Mostly junk for us, but if you find busy spots like Bridges over rivers in towns you can get rings, coins, phones - all sorts. !COFFEEA

I didn’t even know magnet fishing was a thing! Sounds like a fun outing, though. Family time is so important. 💞
Tie a rope to a strong magnet and throw it into the lake or river - pull it back in and see what’s stuck to it. We got an old bike tire, half a washing prop, various nails and small bits of metal. Oh and a bit of motorbike panel too. !COFFEEA

It’s been scorching all weekend, I’m making the most of it while it lasts - winter soon lol. When are you going to do 20k steps? I’m a wheezy old man and managed 14k a young whipper snapper like you should ace 20k in an afternoon !COFFEEA
