First up though is a #beautifulsunday (hosted by @ace108) photo with a #funkyedit (hosted by @krazypoet) with Saturation to the Max.
Sorry, no stylish view this week - just me in a trampoline park! No sun again today, and while the morning was spent washing up, doing the laundry and tidying up - in the afternoon I took the youngest to Jumparooz trampoline park for some bouncing exercise.
I figured bouncing up and down on trampolines would boost my @actifit count a fair bit today!
It's not all trampolines, some obstacles as well.
And platforms to jump onto and off - if you are feeling sprightly.
I just stuck with bouncing up and down on a single trampoline - if you get it right you can just keep bouncing while putting hardly any effort in at all.
Reminds me of a song this one.
The balance beam, and you can have fights with the baton things too.
I fell in there, and had a right job getting out. I think my extra weight pulled me deeper into the foam!
So we had a fun afternoon bouncing, and I got to rack up a half decent @actifit score - quite a #SublimeSunday this week. Back to swimming next week though!

It’s great fun, bouncing around, walking the balance beam and playing in the dodgeball courts as well. My boy even liked it!

It’s great fun and good exercise- and this one at least is more for the younger ages - quite a few bigger places aim more at teens and it get’s a bit rough when you have kids backflipping all over the place!

You are right been cold you can always rug up more but the rain well that is annoying.

I've been to one of those places. You should take whatever your actifit step count was and triple it. That stuff is exhausting! I was sore for a couple of days after trying to keep up with my kids.
I think you are exactly right, which is why I made no effort to keep up with the pace of my boy - just a bit of casual bouncing and if you get the rhythm right it's actually not too much effort - just boing boing boing!

I have to admit it is no chore going with my boy, it's great fun for all ages! Although most adults tend to sit in the cafe which is above back of the arena - they can watch from afar while sipping a cappuccino. Anyway I lost a few pounds doing it - they know how to charge at these places!
Sounds like a fun place to go I looked it up and there is one here I may have to take the grandkids sometime, I know they would love it
I thought the place looks pretty quiet but seems there are some signs of other people further in.
It has been much busier, although I would have said maybe 30 people total throughout the area. I did try to be discrete with the photos, knowing people can be a bit obsessive about privacy nowadays - especially if I want to share them on a social media site - so the ones I shared deliberately were the ones that had no recognisable others in. The session after we finished was totally dead though, only about 6 people in and we were the only ones sat in the cafe watching and having a refreshing cold drink.
When there's a crowd, it's not easy but nowadays in Singapore, all major events display posters saying pictures/videos may be taken and used for publicity/marketing purpose. I don't know if that relieve the organizer from any responsibilities legally.

What a fun time that was. I am not too athletic, but I might try this if I get a chance. The kids had to love it. Your last edited photo is wonderful :)
That steady bouncing you were doing is supposed to have all kinds of health benefits. It's a trendy thing I have not yet looked into, but it just moved higher up my list.

Thank you very much, I try my best to make every Sunday but sometimes it does slip over onto a Monday. These are super fun, and I'm not so athletic at all so you don't have to be in peak physical condition to go and just bounce away at your own pace. The boy loves doing his flips and stunts, I'm sure he'll be getting into free running as he ages.
One thing though, there are different parks marketed at different ages - my boys 8 so we tend to head for the ones designed and aimed at the younger audience - there are some much more physical designed ones for teenagers up - and these are a lot more intense - when you have people doing crazy flips and massive jumps between separate trampolines you really don't want to be in the way!

How fun! I love all that parcour stuff but only as an observer. My son is a climber from birth and I had to learn not to scream. I'm so glad you are here :)
