[EN] After the test I made on Monday, today I started to implement the plan set by Jeff Galloway. Today's training was as follows: 10 minutes warm-up jog (or march), then 4 sets of 30 seconds of cadence running for a 30-second break on the march, and the last one was 30s running with increasing speed, the rest was 10 minutes of jogging or walking to cool down.

I decided to do this workout along the canal, so I went for 10 minutes of jogging and exercises one way, then turned back and ran 10 minutes for relaxation. The rest of the route to start point I walked. I made all segments of the run with cadence very well, each of them performed with the rhythm of 180 steps per minute. At the end I did 30-second run with increasing speed, it also went well. On Friday, almost the same training is planned as today.

At the end, I watched the movement of ships on the canal and the work of the water lock. I know one from my home town, but there is much, much smaller.

[PL] Po tescie, który zrobiłem w poniedziałek, dzisiaj zacząłem realizować plan ustalony przez Jeffa Gallowaya. Dzisiejszy trening był następujący: 10 minut rozgrzewkę jogging (lub marsz), następnie 4 serie po 30 s biegu na kadencję z 30 s przerwą na marsz, a ostatnia było 30 s biegu z narastajacą prędkością, reszta to 10 minut joggingu lub marszu na wychłodzenie.

Zdecydowałem się zrobić ten trening na trasie wzdłuż kanału, tak więc 10 minutowy jogging i ćwiczenia zrobiłem w jedną stronę, a następnie zawróciłem i pobiegłem 10 minut dla rozluźnienia. Reszta trasy do startu przeszedłem. Wszystkie segmenty biegu z kadencją zrobiłem bardzo dobrze, każdy z nich wykonałem z rytmem 180 kroków na minutę. Na koniec 30-sekundowy bieg z narastajacą prędkością, również wyszedł mi dobrze. Na piątek ma zaplanowany prawie ten sam trening jak dzisiaj.

Na koniec podziwiałem ruch statków na kanale i pracę śluzy wodnej. Znam takie ze swojej rodzinnej miejscowości, ale tam jest dużo, dużo mniejsza.
