Preciso fortalecer os braços mas ao mesmo tempo, devido a certas particularidades da missão que vou enfrentar, não posso ficar musculosa demais, por isto faço somente algumas séries de flexões ao invés de usar aparelhos de musculação mais pesados.

A partir de amanhã também retornarei aos treinos de defesa pessoal, principalmente o Jiu-Jítsu. Mas também Kung Fu e o Muay Thai, conhecido comumente por Box Tailandês. .
