My Actifit Report Card: December 29 2018

At the moment I am working like 24/7
It is exhausting but just 3 ore days until I leave to the army and start my new challenge.

The training is suffering at the moment, but a few days of can also be really fine for my body to regenerate from the intensive training weeks.

Im sure I will come back even stronger when I start my training with 110% again ;-)
