Way of the peaceful warrior - Regenerate

I started the day with a 6 minute session, which gets the metabolism up to speed. I put down another session from @rmsbodybuilding's Fitness Challenge.

Afterwards I made a smoothie out of fruit and vegetables for breakfast together with a small sandwitch and did my paperwork.


Training

I skipped the main training today, because my legs, chest and shoulders are hardly resilient. I thought it would be better to skip today's training session and give them more time to regenerate.

Instead, I did a small 20-minute regeneration run and stretched myself properly afterwards. I also took care of my fasciae.

For tomorrow I am Topfit again, then I can start 110% again. Today was amazingly fit mentally. Could also have been due to the good 10 hours of sleep ^^


In the evening I suddenly felt like climbing when I watched a film about climbing that @matkodurko mentioned in his post. There are many more at the link below ;-)

I had asked some friends if they wanted to boulder, but nobody had time. Bouldering is climbing in the hall at rather low heights in the hall, where it is much more about technique.
Very horny training.

Since no one had contacted me, I drove my brother to his MRI and gave my body more time to regenerate.
