My Actifit Report Card: October 30 2019
Yesterday everything was as usual. In the evening before going to bed I had things to do, I had to take things to the car. This allowed me to raise the bar to 10,000 steps. For a long time I did not have such a result.
As usual, I will add a photo to the report.
