My Actifit Report Card: July 10 2019
Today was a more active day than usual. Today I scored more than 10,000 steps without walking and sports.
In the afternoon, as usual, I was at work. He moved around the office a bit and walked for lunch. In the evening I went on business, then went to the store and later did household chores.
