My Actifit Report Card: January 30 2019
This stretch feels so good that I even got @crypt-skip to try it. After 90 minutes of workout this really stretches your quads and inner thighs. I put the Zen Garden station on Pandora to listen to and we just relaxed for several minutes. I felt very calm and energized after all that deep slow breathing. This is going to be part of my routine after a hard workout.

Thanks for reading and commenting! I'm staying on track so far. Learning something new is always fun and help keep the motivation going.
That’s one of my favourite stretches as well Tammy! Thanks for this post. It reminds me to take time to stretch!
Hope that you and @crypt-skip are doing well! 😁
I'm bad about not warming up sometimes too. I just want to get going! We're doing fine. Hope you're doing well too. You don't see us in #automaticwin anymore, we gave up the early morning stuff, lol. We're retired, we (well mainly ME) hate getting up early and going out into these subfreezing temps. 10K is a nice goal, and maintainable for us.
Still getting over you're 10k :-)
So far so good, I've got quite a string going of consecutive days.
How many can you do consecutively we will find out.

Way to kick butt and I want that red and green balls on the rack

You mean the ones I try to do crunches on, and just end up rolling off! I think you need the kettle balls on the other rack. :)
@blueeyes8960, this is really a very good and relaxing posture. Good count!

Yes it really is a great stretch. I have to do it at the Y though because I just don't have any blank wall space/floor space combination to do it at home. But if we do it after the long treadmill, it gives time for the cool down and the sweat to dry before we have to go out in the cold!
Great job on your workout blueeyes. Yes, that stretch really gives you a good feeling. Glad you had a great time with actifitting. Enjoy your day.

Thanks, Rogerine! Not as active as you nowadays but I think I've found a good balance that works for me. Appreciate your stopping by and commenting @roger5120!
Good step count, I think I'll try this posture some day

I have to do it at the Y because I can't see to find enough blank wall space in my house! But it is so worth it, the yoga instructor showed it to us.
Thx for showing me that stretch, it really makes a difference

It was against your better judgement at first, lol.
Sometimes I do a bit of yoga to stretch, it help me a lot :D
Yes, it was the Yoga instructor who showed me that stretch. She teaches a stretch class, not necessarily yoga, but has a lot of yoga poses included. I'm getting more limber every day, lol.
