Dreaming Of Ice Cream My Actifit Report Card: January 31 2019
I want ice cream!... That's it... I'm craving ice cream so badly... Nutella ice cream with chocolate, marshmallow and whipped cream... That's what I want... 😫
The month ended and it took 8 lbs away! Yay for that! Let's see how many weight I managed to loose in February... I can do this! I can do this! I want ice cream... eh... I mean... I can do this!
So today I spend most of the day doing stuff and didn't had much energy with me so I just walked but I managed to make a decent count today. Tomorrow I will eat ice cream try to reach 14k... Wish me luck! 🍦... I really, really, reaaaaally want Ice cream!

I think this might be causing a bit of stress in you actilife. Maybe have an icecream once a week? Then again, one might lead to two to 7 a week. So maybe not. With logic like this, no WONDER I've gained weight this past year. OK, don't listen to me. Keep up the great work.
Ahahahah once I lose 10 more pounds I will reward myself with a huge ice cream! 😀
