My Actifit Report Card: February 22 2019
算算快到结婚纪念日了，感谢媳妇一直以来的理解包容以及对家庭的付出，打算给媳妇买双鞋子让我们的爱情里程一起走一辈子；来到鞋城鞋柜上琳琅满目都是今年的新款鞋子，转了一圈看来店的顾客还不少鞋子的价格也是大众消费群体，迎宾员的服务也很好即使有顾客在试鞋子有新顾客也会第一时间介绍丝毫没有冷落，于是选了2双鞋子作为对比，在试鞋子的时候我看到其中一双展柜上的鞋子有质量问题可能是迎宾员的疏忽把一只鞋上有金属装饰的鞋子摆上了，于是便提醒一下她看到后立刻把鞋子换了还说一些感谢的话然后走到收银台拿了2双袜子送给我作为感谢。像我们服务行业一样当客人提出一些好的建议或问题反应给我们，我们不但会虚心接受也会给客人赠送一些物品作为感谢，如果客人发现问题不给我们提出这样会有更多客人觉察到大大影响到我们品质，做服务品质就是要“精益求精”！
店里晚上非常繁忙，听说晚上22点全部待满，全体家人从上到下都是“小跑”，客人一波接一波很是火爆。白班也留下的2位外场兄弟和1位保安部兄弟进行加班协助，大家很有续，忙而不乱，也没有抱怨的情绪，都是攒着一把劲，忙而开心！
