My Actifit Report Card: May 25 2019

Pretty flowers in a shop we walked past this morning.

We were looking after the grandchildren today so there was a lot of running around.

A walk to the beach and one to the park this afternoon and lots of running around at home.

We have friends visiting tomorrow but I hurt my knee saying goodbye to the children. I hope it's not going to be a problem as we're planning on doing a tour of some open houses which means a lot of walking again. We shall see.
