Let's Keep Moving (Actifit Report: Jan 14 2020)
Working with a shift system has advantages and disadvantages. The drawback is that when the calendar is set as a holiday, we sometimes have to work. The advantage is that on weekdays, we get a day off from work. Like me today. Last Sunday I got an assignment on the morning shift, but today is getting a day off from work.
But when I am off work on days like this I am confused about what activities to do. But the activity of walking around the housing complex in the morning I still do. But my intention is to use it today, I am confused. Want a vacation to the beach is certainly quiet because it is not the weekend.
Finally I chose at home. It so happened that today I repaired the roof of a car garage that was weathered by the sun. Moreover, in recent days the weather is very hot causing objects exposed to the sun will rot quickly. Besides these activities, I also assisted my wife in arranging the yard of the house. Because there are some plants that have died because they don't get enough water this summer. I pulled out the dead plant and planted another plant.
