Let's Keep Moving (Actifit Report: Jan 7 2020)

Hi steemians and actifitiers...!

Today I come to work in the afternoon shift so in the morning I do not walk around the housing complex. But for variations in activities so as not to be boring, today I replace the activity of walking in the morning with a bicycled.

This morning I cycled about 15 kilometers. With this distance I am very sweaty. So it is very good for strengthening the muscles of the body especially the heart muscle. For those of you who have a history of heart disease not recommended heavy physical activity, only recommended activities such as walking or swimming. Because if the heart sufferers impose heavy physical activity then the heart has to work extra in producing oxygen. Because the heart has been driven hard it is feared that it will cause heart failure. Because the heart is working extra while the ability is limited. That's advice for sufferers of heart disease.

After cycling, I went home and did some homework. During the day I go to the hospital to work in the service to patients, namely the Radiology Installation. Today there are quite a lot of patients who need radiology services so I am required to move a lot. At the hospital, I work in two parts, namely in the service to patients (radiology) and in the management section. I prefer to work in the radiology department because besides being able to interact with patients and their families, this activity also requires me to move around a lot. Different from working in management. My activities are only in front of the computer so that I become less move.
