Approaching the Arrival of the Accreditation Assessment Team
In these two days our Hospital is being busy by the arrival of a surveyor team from the central government delegation to conduct a final evaluation of the hospital's readiness in facing the accreditation team's assessment in early December 2019.
On the first day, Friday, the surveyor team evaluated the completeness of documents, guidelines and regulations as guidelines in hospital management and as guidelines for the implementation of all planned programs.
Today the activity of the surveyor team is conducting a survey of all units to see deficiencies that must be addressed. In this review, there are still very many deficiencies found so this week we have to work extra hard to fix these deficiencies.
There are a number of units that have received praise from the surveyor team because they have met accreditation standards, so the surveyor team has asked that these achievements be maintained and if possible further increase each year. The surveyor team until I posted this article is still in our hospital and is still evaluating.
