Healthy Heart Gymnastic
Mufid Sigli Hospital every week organizes heart gymnastics for all hospital employees and also for the general public. Heart gymnastics is done in the morning in the front yard of the hospital. Anyone of the general public can come to this place to exercise which is to train the body through gymnastics for heart health.
During this time the general public is still few who are aware and follow this exercise. Most who attended were hospital employees and other agencies present in turn. Even though the death rate caused by a heart attack is getting higher in Aceh. This exercise is one way to prevent heart attacks. Apart from maintaining diet and sleep patterns of course.
According to officials in the emergency department and at the Mufid Hospital polyclinic, almost every day there are patients who are need treatment with complaints of pain in the heart. At present heart disease is one of the diseases that most cause death in Aceh.
If you are located around the city of Sigli, it is not wrong for you to take the time every Saturday morning to do heart exercises in the yard of Mufid Hospital.
