My Actifit Report Card #16: Let's Move...!

We certainly know that active moves can make the body healthier. By actively moving, calories and fat in the body will burn more perfectly into energy. Maybe the five types of activities below can be our choices to make the body move actively.

Walking

To go anywhere, you should not use a motorcycle or private car. Especially if the range is close. Try to walk. Or we can also walk every morning even if only 15 minutes while enjoying the fresh air. We can do this before we carry out daily activities.

Cycling

If the distance of our office is not far from home, we can try cycling to go to work. Besides being able to reduce fuel use, cycling can also help our body to actively move. Moreover, cycling with friends, this will be a relaxing and enjoyable sport.

Swimming

If the distance to the workplace is far from home so it is not possible to use a bicycle to go to the office, or not have time to be able to take a walk in the morning. Maybe swimming can be our choice to make the body actively move. When returning from work with a tired body, swimming will make our bodies refreshed. Especially if we swim with our friends. It will be very fun.

Sports With Friends

To create a passionate atmosphere in making the body actively move, do sports with our friends, for example playing football or futsal, playing volleyball or table tennis. Because this type of sport will be entertainment. We can joke with friends.

Gymnastics

Sports This is very suitable for us to maintain fitness and make us active. Joining the Pilates community, yoga or aerobics will be more fun and add to our friendship.

Sort:  

walking is enough but people won't do that

because they are lazy or boring

Getting exercise is always good, walking instead of taking public transport is something I do wherever possible
