My Actifit Report Card: May 28 2019
Hello, dear actifiters and friends!
Day ended in an emotional storm. ๐ญ
Workday at the office, with a walk at lunch time with a dear colleague.
We talked about the absurd economic system that makes the world inhuman.
In the middle of the afternoon I left to visit a dear relative at the hospital. I tried to revive his soul, showing him some of my footage of my recent life experiences.
On leaving the hospital I cried profusely for an hour.
Now the emotional wave has passed... it is always interesting to activate the observer embedded in us. ๐

Giornata terminata in tempesta emotiva. ๐ญ
Giornata di lavoro in ufficio, con passeggiata in pausa pranzo insieme a un caro collega.
Abbiamo parlato dell'assurdo sistema economico che rende disumano il mondo.
A metร pomeriggio sono partito per andare a trovare un caro parente all'ospedale. Ho cercato di ravvivare il suo animo, mostrandogli qualche mio filmato delle mie recenti esperienze di vita.
Uscendo dall'ospedale ho pianto copiosamente per un'ora.
Adesso l'ondata emotiva รจ passata... รจ sempre interessante attivare l'osservatore che รจ in noi. ๐

Ciao @amico, ti comprendo perfettamente, quando incominci a raggiungere qualche annetto in piรน e capita di avere intorno a te le persone che ami che stanno soffrendo, soffri inevitabilmente anche tu! Negli ultimi anni ho fatto delle corse tra regioni diverse con l'angoscia sulle spalle, e con notti insonni, arrivi cerchi di mascherare tutto ciรฒ che ho appena scritto e poi esci e crolli! Siamo umani, รจ anche questa la bellezza della nostra fragilitร !

Siamo piรน o meno condizionati dal tabรน della morte: eppure, a ben pensarci, รจ lโunica cosa certa dopo essere nati. Personalmente sto comprendendo che โla morte non รจ nullaโ, come diceva SantโAgostino.
Quel che ci fa soffrire sono gli attaccamenti... e io cerco di osservarli. ๐

Assolutamente d'accordo! Ritornando a sant'Agostino di cui sono amante delle Confessiones ti posso dire che la parte che mi commuove sempre รจ quella riguardante la morte dell'amico, l'unica cosa che riusciva a fare era piangere "fletus esset"...e capisco cosa intendesse...

Quando una persona cara soffre, soffre anche un pezzo del nostro cuore...mi sono trovato nella tua stessa situazione qualche anno fa. Andavo a trovare mio cugino in cura e quando ero con lui ridevo e scherzavo per trasmettergli forza e coraggio, ma poi quando uscivo dall'ospedale ed entravo in macchina mi assaliva lo sconforto, come se lo sforzo di non mostrare la mia preoccupazione a lui amplificasse la risposta emotiva naturale del mio animo a quella situazione. Spero il meglio per il tuo caro.
