I haven't really had alot of experience with public speaking and normally just avoid it mostly, I had to do it a few times in school or work and it seemed abit awkward but loved it as a kid lol.
Great stepping with the @holydog gang. Fantastic pictures, but I would advise that you stop and step out of the car for even better shots. If I were a traffic cop and happened to see you, I would fine you good๐.
I have had good experience with public speaking. The most important thing is confidence and knowing your audience. First hand knowledge of your discussion subject is important.
Having a rapport with your audience is paramount. Engage them as much as possible and make it lively with a few jokes here and there. Tell stories and refer to real life experiences to get your message through.
That is my 2 cents on public speaking, it gets easier the more you do it๐๐
Itโs just a matter of practice. U can start for example of doing daily Instagram stories, then u will fund yourself more confident! My first time was at the press conference, on the cider presentation, where I had no choice. Iโve just started to talk what I know weโll, and everything else then faded away
It seems you feel as the majority of the people: the reason is that we mostly all suffer for so many unresolved mental conditioning that let us feel fear.
A good Public Speaking course could be helpful, not only for better communications but for your own life. ๐

Public speaking is peace of cake to me. Back in the days I was really shy, but it all goes little by little
Yeah, well done, @rollie1212!
How did you win your shy?

I really dislike public speaking. My hands shake, especially if I'm reading from notes, my voice shakes, everything gets a little shaky.
