My Actifit Report Card: March 22 2019
Hello everyone
A happy Friday to you all.
Today was a super busy day ij office due to some project deadline and I could walk only after lunch for a short while and completed 3k steps only. My personal daily target is 10k so can't afford to leave it under 10k. I had dinner at 10pm and post that I have been walking till now and I made it to 10k now.
Very little time left to post because if its 12 then it will reset to zero which again I don't want.
So happy that I have achieved my own target by walking and moving around office and happily sharing the post now.
