「内向型」について再び深く読み込む/My Actifit Report Card: January 22 2020
久しぶりに本のご紹介です。
先日のキャンプの時に、お隣さんのグループキャンプの方々が非常に元気な方々でした。
到着直後からお菓子をくれるし、おでんもお裾分けしてくれるし、焼き芋をくれるし…。
で、ですね、とてもありがたい反面、私にとってはそれはとてもエネルギーを消耗する出来事でもあるのです。
だいたい小学生の頃からこの傾向は自分でも気づいていて、一人の時間をしっかり持たないと疲れます。
こういうのを「内向型」という「気質」の持ち主であるということをこの本で知りました。
この本に出会ったのは7年くらい前です。
読んでみて、自分の「気質」について非常に納得がいったわけです。
それでこの本の概要をご紹介しようと思ったのですが、今日はとても疲れていてできそうにないので、めちゃくちゃ中途半端ですが今日はここまででお許しください。

今日はなぜか8,800歩台となっています。こんなに歩いた覚えはありません。

非常に分かります。
友達と一緒に何かするのは楽しいけど、一緒に何かやろうというところにたどり着くまでに結構ストレスだったり、エネルギーが必要だったりで、そのあと自分の充電が必要です。
ですよね。
内向型にもそれなりに程度があるし、コンディションによっても違います。
気づかないうちに頑張りすぎていることもあって、私も自分の充電に気をつけています。
