Getting Fit for Steem Fest with Actifit and Blocktrades - City Run in Munich!

Today is the last day to get two more tickets for the Steem Fest. I have reached all 32 tickets of the last 16 weeks. As far as I know the person who is allowed to visit the Steem Fest for free (without flight) will be drawn by lots on October 15th.
Also today Generali held the big event city run in Munich with more than 22 000 runners. One could decide for marathon, half marathon or 10K run. For me only 10K was an option. I am very satisfied with the result. I ran this distance in 1 hour 12 minutes, which was an improvement of about 25 minutes compared to the city run at the end of June.
I'll add some photos to this post, which I took after the race, so that you can feel the atmosphere of the event.
I really liked it very, very much and for sure I will take part again next year, maybe in a half marathon . . . ?
Heute ist der letzte Tag um noch zwei Tickets für das Steem Fest zu bekommen. Ich habe damit alle 32 Tickets der letzten 16 Wochen erreicht. Meines Wissens wird nun am 15. Oktober die Person ausgelost, die das Steem Fest kostenfrei besuchen darf (ohne Flug).
Ebenfalls fand heute von Generali die Großveranstaltung Stadtlauf in München mit mehr als 22 000 Läufern statt. Man konnte sich für Marathon, Halbmarathon oder 10K Lauf entscheiden. Für mich kam nur 10K in Frage. Ich bin mit dem Ergebnis sehr zufrieden. Ich lief diese Strecke in 1 Std. 12 Minuten, was eine Verbesserung von ca. 25 Minuten im Vergleich zum Stadtlauf Ende Juni.
Ich füge diesem Post noch einige Fotos bei, die ich im Anschluss nach dem Lauf noch gemacht habe, damit ihr ein wenig die Stimmung nachvollziehen könnt.
Mir hat die Veranstaltung sehr, sehr gut gefallen und mit Sicherheit werde ich im nächsten Jahr wieder daran teilnehmen, vielleicht dann an einem Halbmarathon . . . ?
