Massive thank you to @blocktrades for their support when my Steem got stuck with Binance
7 days ago I wrote a post about how my transfer from Binance to @blocktrades got stuck and Binance CS team were not just being helpful.
For Binance to refund the money (50 Steem) they charged me 0.1 ETH and @blocktrades was so amazing in upvoting my post and comments to help me recover some of the cost. Such a level of customer service is something you can't beat anywhere. This is a great lesson for me as I work on @yensesa.
It was so crazy how this all went down. I am happy to say after 10days and 0.1 ETH fees my 50Steem has been returned by Binance.

Happy you got it back. Bittrex basically charged you 80% of what you were trying to recover.
They held your funds for ransom. Thats very underhanded of them
