Positioned For Growth IX.
In life, we all want to grow. We all want to be better than the person we were. We all seek improvements and a better life. These desires and lifestyle we seek for are not without a price. In life, you may not get what you pay for, but you will surely pay for what you get.
This post seeks to address the things we need to do, so we can bring about or birth the increase we desire. How do you position yourself for growth?.
Everything that must be great must be growing. Greatness cannot start in a vacuum; it is called growth. It must start from a minute state and keep growing.
What sets people apart from the crowd and conditioned them for the growth that is to come?

8. Accountability.
If you want to be positioned for greatness and growth, then you need to be accountable.
Be accountable to yourself and look.for someone to be acccoutable to. You want to write a book? Tell somebody about it. Tell someone that can constantly keep you on your toes; someone that will hold you responsible for the words you habe uttered and the goals you have set. You need someone that will serve as a reminder to you anytime you want to drift off or whenever you are not moving at the expected speed.
Whatever you don't want to do or seek to do, tell someone that can hold you accountable, to do or not to do that which you have decided. Accountability matters and it is helpful. It is easy to navigate through life when you have people who are willing to push you and ask you questions.
You need people that can push you to utmost heights. I told someone about my desire to write a book and when she asked me three weeks ago, seeing that i have lagged behind and i am still putting the pieces together without any reasonable progress, i know she has given me the needed jolt. I felt bad but i felt challenged. That's what happens when you tell others things you need them to help you with; things you need help remembering.
Know your area of weakness and find someone to be accountable too as well.
