Positioned For Growth VI.
In life, we all want to grow. We all want to be better than the person we were. We all seek improvements and a better life. These desires and lifestyle we seek for are not without a price. In life, you may not get what you pay for, but you will surely pay for what you get.
This post seeks to address the things we need to do, so we can bring about or birth the increase we desire. How do you position yourself for growth?.
Everything that must be great must be growing. Greatness cannot start in a vacuum; it is called growth. It must start from a minute state and keep growing.
What sets people apart from the crowd and conditioned them for the growth that is to come?

5. Self reflection.
A lot of people make tons of mistake and yet they still keep the cycle. A little step back and reflection would help to avoid further mistakes. If you want to be positioned for growth, you need personal reflection from time to time. You need to see how you are doing.
If you set a target, then from time to time, check up to see how you are faring; if you have achieved it, set a new one and if not, ask yourself questions as to why it has failed and look for ways to do things better.
Do a personal audit of your life if you want to grow in this life. There are things that you need to delete in your life, with things that need a little tweak and things that needs to be added.
How far have you gone with the goals you set for this year? What have you achieved? What have you not achieved? Why haven't you achieved them? Were they things beyond your control? What can be done to subject them under your control? Were they things in your control? Why have you let them slide out of your control? What are you doing to regain the control over your life, so you can achieve the desired growth you seek?
When things are not going according to plans, think about them. I didn't say brood about them, but think about them because you want to seek for solutions and achieve your desired growth.
When there is a mountain on your path, you don't sit down at the foot of it and cry, you think about how you climb it, and you take actual steps to climb it.
Think about your finance. Think about your life. Think about your targets. When you do self audit or self reflection, you know how to go about things, because you are seeking to know.
