My name is Philip and with this first blog entry I would like to introduce myself to the steemit community. I grew up in lower Austria with my parents in a 200 years old former ranger house. I´d love the outdoors and spend a lot of my childhood beeing outside with my dog Xenus. Over the years I moved my home quite often to different parts of lower Austria and to Vienna the capital city of Austria. About ten years ago I met my wife and now we live in lower Austria again in a small house with our two children.  

I work as an IT technician for more than sixteen years now. I had the luck to make my hobby to my profession. This job can be often challenging because things develop very fast. On the other side it never gets boring ;) 

What do you can expect?
Because this is my first blog I´m not sure where the journey will go but I have a lot of hobbies and interests. Although it is priceless to spend my leisure time with my wife and my two Boys, one of them is 1 year old and the other is 3 years by now. I find time to be on mind with other projects I would like to share with. Some of my interests are constructing things for my kids, take nature photography while we are outdoors, repair/upgrade my Jeep Wrangler and hopefully 3D printing in a few months.
