Dpoll 5: Does recommendation benefits?

I am a freewriter and I like to share some freewrites with you, even recommend you to read them.
For a while I joined @pifc and searched hours for good content to recommend. It was very hard to find and frustrating.

Here we go.

  1. @cloudblade The prompt napkin is used. I had no intention to tell you that it was quit normal to usethem as I was a kid. The rre al ones, no paper. One granny we even called "granny napkin". She hated it if her youngest used the tablecloth to wipe his fat mouth clean with it. @cloudblade is afraid to get dirty and there is more that troubles if it comes too eating food. If available a napkin would be used. Read more...
  2. @myjob A favorite freewriter of mine used the prompt napkin too. The story is about Christmas and a part tells about the process of wrapping gifts for the children the evening before Christmas. You really should read this. Read more...
  3. @owasco Always good for a merry poem and this one is for sure. No matter busy or not because of the holidays or something else the spirit to write is there. Enjoy your read. Read more...

Do you ever recommend a post and if, is it worth your time and do you think it benefits the author?

  • Yes, it benefits

but there are few funny authors

Can you explain in which way it benefits and whom? I guess it is hard to be a funny writer.

it was a custom in livejournal to recommend for the community of original non-pop authors. Authors instantly received readers not because they were new, but because they were interesting.
It was a fun place until it came under the control of the KGB

If it works that way it would be great but to be honest I do not note it benefits. It's the clic king on thr link here and reading that is too much to many.
I guess livejournal stoppedrecommending and?

after all the servers were transported from America to Russia, the people massively left LJ.
And in steem there is only talk about content, the assessment was given to chewing by investors, and not to pranksters and intellectuals

@pereu4ivatel What a pity.

I agree about Steem. I hope that will change but I am afraid they only care about getting their money out of here.

what is your native language? (and then i do not speak english, there is a double translation of mobile internet:)

Thank you for answering. Does it benefits the author, you or both?

Of course, if you benefit from a reading recommendation, it is automatically going to visit it, it becomes attractive and interesting. @wakeupkitty

Claro que si se beneficia una recomendacion tuya de lectura es automaticamente ir a visitarlo, se vuelve llamativo e interesante

Yes, it benefits

Does it benefit the author if I recommend a freewrite or other post? To be honest I do not think so. I hope so, I try but most people never read a recommendation or click on a link.

¿Beneficia al autor si recomiendo una escritura libre u otra publicación? Para ser sincero, no lo creo. Espero que sí, lo intento pero la mayoría de la gente nunca lee una recomendación ni hace clic en un enlace.

Me too and I am not the only one. Perhaps you need to be more famous that people are willing to click each link and read, comment, upvote but I do not think this is the case. It takes to much time. Thanks for answering.

Thank you for answering. Perhaps your name and the name of the author will be remembered?

You read, comment and upvote each freewrite recommended weekly? @carolkean is not making these posts, investing so many hours for nothing? You read all @pifc recommendations? 🤔

Well, I am not consistent is what I do each week. It's all a matter of time and if I see it, @wakeupkitty.

I know that if I find a good post and share it in certain places, it will get better votes. Nothing on STEEM is automatic or for sure, but I do what I can. I look at the two you mention at times, and not at other times.

@bxlphabet thank you for explaining. ❤️
