We all stayed longer in bed.
The bus-kid checked me out and at 8.30 am we were all awake and partly dressed.
Omega 3
It was the first thing I checked out on the internet, it's benefit. I can not afford to buy the omega 7 pills again and still have 2 bottles of hemp oil. I decided to take a spoon a day. I am the generation that grew up with cod liver oil so I will survive this too.
For the time being this type of omega 3 will do. I told the children to take it too. 90% of the people have a lack of omega 3. It's not different from vitamine D3.
@davidke20 omega3 helps against joint pains too (eat fat fish)!
The bus-kid and I tried the canned mackerel. It was more oil as fish but it tasted good. I'll see what to do with the oil. I might give it to the wolves.
The washing machine ran and the youngest received a message from the teacher. "School is open between 9-12 am to puck up forgotten schoolbooks. Lessons will be send by msn."
I drove to school.
My bike was still at the schoolyard. There was a strong wind but the youngest went by bike while I took the garbage to the containers.
Back home I hung the laundy outside
, fed the wolves and gave the bike's tire a new try. It remained in the car and feels warm thanks to the sun. I give it another try. I am not in the mood to go back to the bike shop. Three spoons later the tire is at it's place. Let's hope the inner tube isn't damaged.
The kid baked a cake. It colored green it was all the "almond" issue did."
We watched the animation "Trapito" (1975).
It was my December 5th (Sint Nicholaas) present. Years ago it was broadcasted on Dutch television. I have it on videotape and my children grew up with it. Now I have the original Spanish version on DVD. It was fun watching it again.
My eyes are irritated and so is my nose.
The allergies are back and I am off to bed.

No terminará pronto. Creo que la cima en China es a las 8 semanas. Nos quedan 6 semanas más. Muchos adolescentes también están en el hospital. ¡Parecen ser más vulnerables como personas mayores! Más del 50% en el hospital es joven. 💕
Acá ya empezaron con las medidas. Hay 7 estados con casos positivos. Pero aun este estado no ha dado positivos pero claro que debe haber por allí uno que no sabe que lo está contagiando todo. Pero mi hijo y yo estamos en casa. Trataremos de hacer lo que manda la OMS. Cuídate tu también amiga y a los niños.
