Wow what a nightmare. It's good you don't have them a lot. I have nightmares once in a while but really weird ones more often. One scary dream I can remember at the moment was running from a freaky big angry bear and when he got me I woke up like wtf.

Rarely have nightmares since 2008. I once mentioned why. At least that’s what i believe is the reason for lesser fear. Remember? Do you have these reoccurring dreams? I do have some that repeat. Wanted to post a mindful Monday about a recent dream but didn’t get to finish it this Sunday. I think there are patterns in human life and society related to things that humans do. Our subconscious processes these events and then conveys them in the best metaphorical way for us to make out what remains of that US(the self). To me every dream can be a lesson, before one goes to sleep a challenge to be aware when one dreams and to explore the deepest depths of our true selves.

I have nightmares frequently, but I often don't remember them that well. I used to have very vivid, realistic ones when I took melatonin, but those went away after I stopped taking it.

Just curious... Do you think these nightmares have anything to do with the amount of horror movies that you watch?

Oh, she looks a bit friendly in your drawing, like a monster but a friendly one... I think the blonde hair makes her look pretty-ish hahaha....

I have dreams almost every night so it's often that some are bad, though most are very random, but I can't remember any that I would recall now... And most of the times, I can't explain why I dream the things I have dreamt about. Like I said, most are VERY random... The brain sure is weird, that way, isnt it?

Oh, I did dream once about waking up (but falsely since I was still dreaming) and that there were giants, and they were really scary. When they were angry, they made really heavy and loud sound out of their mouths and I was mostly scared of these big and terrible sounds they were making.

That was back when I was a child, though !

That works XD Getting super aggressive works as well, or if you're not the super aggressive type basically denying existence/ignoring apparently works but as I'm the super aggressive angry type I have never tried that.

Maybe you have something subconscious you need to process. There's still lots of brain stuff we don't understand :)
