I wish I could be as fresh faced as this beauty. It's a humid day with a high of 84°F. Somehow, I'm keeping myself happy. Soon, I'll be opening up new cards from the newest MTG set release- Hour of Devastation. I'm planning on playing a few draft games with @tarotbyfergus and @kommienezuspadt. 

These past two and a half weeks have come and gone too quickly. Sometimes I'm surprised that I'm able to post content when I'm running around trying to sort my daily life. It's a struggle when everything becomes a priority and leaving yourself mental notes causes more grief. I'm big on planning and keeping things organized. Sometimes I tell myself that there is no way I could ever forget something that I was planning to do, but then you factor other humans into the mix and I get distracted.  

I finally got to sit and give my mother a call. She's really sensitive about phone calls and hates being rushed off the phone. The less stressed I am then the happier the conversation, a quick call in between appointments is a no go with her. We've got a great relationship and she always makes me laugh. I half expected her to give me shit for not calling her back. The last time we spoke was on June 30th and I told her I'd give her a call the day after. 🤦🏻‍♀️
