Moraine Hills State Park in Pictures (Part 1)
Good evening, Steemians!
While I was in Illinois, I went back to my favorite place EVER: Moraine Hills State Park. I hike around the 3.74 mile trail each time I go. Since I no longer live near there, I go during different times of the year, during different seasons. It was cool to go at the beginning of fall, although mid fall would've been cooler due to more trees having changed their leaves.
I got to the park and hadn't realized that a 5k, 10k and half marathon were all starting within an hour.
First time seeing Canadian geese in quite a while
I think I'll keep each post to around 15 pictures, that way I can have three posts of almost equal pictures.
I've been coming here for probably 10 years, much more when I used to live in the area.
