Looks delish @traciyork! Just for thise of us not in the USA, you used a pack of pastry that, had you not unrolled it. would have been croissants? What if one substitutes with puff pastry?
Thanks, @fionasfavourites! I did some googling, and it looks like puff pastry would work in place of the crescent roll dough. I'm thinking you'd probably cook the egg bake at the same temp recommended to bake the puff pastry. If you do try it that way, be sure to take pictures and shout out with the result - I'd love to see how it goes!

Well, I know this is about cooking, but I'm with you on the vodka instead of a mimosa ;) And the breakfast really does look great, even the 'plating' lol. Thanks for including me, and I'll do my best to do it this week! I can't tell you how many times I've made an awesome dinner, and as I sit down think, geez this would have been a good post!

And I've had the same thing happen (although, to be fair, it's usually hubby or @cailliyork that makes the yummy dinner, haha!). I'm so glad @jaynie decided to do this challenge, to give us all a nudge!
