Looks delish @traciyork! Just for thise of us not in the USA, you used a pack of pastry that, had you not unrolled it. would have been croissants? What if one substitutes with puff pastry?
Thanks, @fionasfavourites! I did some googling, and it looks like puff pastry would work in place of the crescent roll dough. I'm thinking you'd probably cook the egg bake at the same temp recommended to bake the puff pastry. If you do try it that way, be sure to take pictures and shout out with the result - I'd love to see how it goes!
