Why I'm not mining anymore but BOINCing instead - GRIDCOIN Weekly Report & Analysis: Introductory Post

I'm going to initiate with this post a Weekly Report about one of the most amazing but, in my opinion, undervalued projects existing in the Cryptosphere.

Why I'm writing and posting this?

I think that Crunchers, BOINCers, GRIDCOINERS or #beyondbitcoin users we all have to do something in order to promote the future technologies on which all of us believe on, and I don't think we will get success if we all don't commit on their active promotion.

From time to time I'm reporting how my so-called "Gridcoin Steem-Engine" is performing while BOINCing but, here, I would like to exclusively talk about GRIDCOIN in general terms, starting always with a short introduction to GRIDCOIN, giving main descriptions and simple information on “how to start” guidelines for newbies or people who first heard about the project. Then, I will try to speak about:

• GRIDCOIN weekly performance in the Market
• Personal Trading Predictions/Forecast
• General links to useful information and main communities
• Others

The aim of the report would be to increase the visibility of the GRIDCOIN project mainly for newbies but also for experimented users.

What is GRIDCOIN?

GRIDCOIN is a cryptocurrency that rewards researching for BOINC projects in a decentralized way. As any other Mined Crypto (as Bitcoin), BOINC users compete in doing calculations for actual research projects to earn coins. Gridcoin is based on Proof of Stake, but with the modification that the PoS reward gets bigger depending on how much research you do compared to your fellow researchers.

GRIDCOIN performance in the Market and current expectations

• GRC vs USD Daily-chart:

GRIDCOIN is currently maintaining an uptrend grow, meeting an upper resistance at 0.045 USD but increasing its ground support with the time. It would indicate a possible bullish in price soon. If it breaks the upper resistance it would mean a realistic target price of 0.1 USD (increase of 120%)

Here the situation looks even better!

According to my ELLIOT WAVES count, seems as we have completed the corrective subcycle (A,B,C in red) which followed the Bullish subcycle terminated on mid-June this year when GRIDCOIN reached its maximum summit around 3830 satoshis.
Let’s have a look to the 4-hours chart:

Yeah! It is going to reach the upper resistance in the coming hours, isn’t it?

I think we are now in a good opportunity to get cheap GRIDCOINS at 520 Satoshis, do you agree?
