Monomad Challenge - Flower

For today a shot of a coneflower, one of the well picked flowers in our new garden. The plants where picked by our gardener while he was renovating the garden, we had a final say in it but trusted him completely. Such a beautiful flower this coneflower, and a great plus besides looking good is that bees like this flower. So we have a buzzing garden filled with bees, not to many wasps luckily. Took this shot yesterday during a photo shoot of our two ladies Micio and Chouffe, a post filled with cats will follow later today.
The color of our coneflowers is pink/purple if you did wonder.

That's a strawberry with skirt! :D
Hahaha indeed it looks like a strawberry with a skirt. The flowers starts more like a gerbera and over time it becomes this.
